Immersed in well over 8 hectares, mainly planted with olive trees and table grapes, the property is located in C / from Mortilla, in the splendid Hyblaean countryside of Chiaramonte Gulfi (Rg), an area particularly suited to the cultivation of Olives on the south-eastern side of the Iblei mountains, 1.5 km from Comiso airport and about 70 km from Catania international airport . The area is included in the PDO
Monti Iblei consortium, a particularly mild area kissed by the rays of the sun
for most of the year, the olive tree cultivated since the times of the
Greeks finds the natural habitat the prince cultivated variety is represented by the TONDA IBLEA
, from which the PDO takes its name. In recent years we
find it associated with other varieties such as Moresca, La Nocellara Etnea and Biancolilla and many
other types. To enhance the company is the presence of carob plants, vineyards of table grapes and dance, as well as the presence of horses and chickens but above all two splendid mute swans, from
which the structure takes its name and which make the place serene in the name of healthy relaxation immersed in total nature. Reg. 834 / 07 and subsequent amendments, controlled and certified by Q Certificazione srl, it is also registered with a consortium of Agrologica which deals with the marketing of organic fruit and vegetables.
